Albanian-speaking Content Moderator

About the role

We are seeking an Albanian‑speaking Content Moderator to join our Trust & Safety team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role involves providing Albanian language support to customers and reviewing user‑generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality Albanian‑language support to customers and clients.
• Review and moderate user‑generated content, including sensitive or graphic material, in accordance with community guidelines.
• Deliver a professional service experience and maintain accurate records of moderation actions.
• Collaborate with a multicultural team based in Sofia to share best practices and improve moderation processes.

Required profile

• Fluent Albanian (written and spoken) and good command of English.
• Eligibility to work in the EU or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Available to start on 27/07/2026.
