Arabic-speaking Customer Service Advisor in Sofia

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Arabic‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our Sofia team. You will provide bilingual support for innovative technology and retail clients, helping customers via phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional, empathetic assistance in Arabic and English through phone, email and chat.
• Answer product, service, order and account queries accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve issues and complaints while maintaining high service quality standards.
• Follow company processes to document, escalate or resolve cases as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to meet Service Level Agreements.
• Record all interactions and actions in the company’s CRM/ticketing system.
• Contribute to a positive brand reputation with a solution‑oriented approach.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written Arabic (C1 level or above).
• Strong command of English (minimum B2) for internal communication.
• Eligibility to work in Bulgaria (EU passport or valid work permit).
• Reliable, organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset focused on customer satisfaction.
