Turkish Client Advisor in Sofia

About the role

We are looking for a Turkish‑speaking Client Advisor to join our Sofia team, delivering high‑quality support to Turkish‑language customers via phone, email and chat. The role involves handling enquiries, account assistance and issue resolution while promoting relevant products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound customer service in Turkish across multiple channels.
• Assist customers with account queries, product information, activations, modifications and cancellations.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities aligned with customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems, including case notes and follow‑ups.
• Resolve complaints with empathy, ownership and timely escalation when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Native or C2‑level Turkish (spoken and written) and English at B2 level or higher.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or client support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
• Eligibility to work in Bulgaria and ability to commute to the Sofia office.
