B2B Sales Representative – Supply Chain Solutions

About the role

The Sales Representative (B2B) will drive growth for Dilon Ltd. by building and managing relationships with manufacturers, importers and distributors. Based in Sofia, you will promote the company’s end‑to‑end supply‑chain and logistics solutions to B2B partners across retail, e‑commerce, wholesale and FMCG sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new corporate clients through market research and outreach.
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Prepare customised proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth onboarding and accurate service scoping.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system and track the sales pipeline.
• Report on performance metrics, forecast sales and analyse market trends.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Background in logistics, distribution or supply‑chain management.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Bulgarian.
• Strong organisational skills and disciplined follow‑up.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management.
• Basic data analytics to interpret performance, pricing and market information.
