Bilingual French Customer Support Representative (EV Charging)

About the role

Join a leading electric vehicle charging network as a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will handle inbound calls, provide real‑time assistance, and help customers navigate the company’s mobile application and account setup.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from current and prospective customers during flexible shifts.
• Diagnose issues and guide users through step‑by‑step solutions, including username/password resets, app reinstallations, and account verification.
• Explain technical procedures in a clear, professional, and user‑friendly manner.
• Document interactions and follow up to ensure issue resolution.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and customer‑handling abilities.
• High school education; prior call‑center experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible 24/7 shifts, including nights and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Comfort using internet browsers, email, and web‑based applications.
