Business Development Executive – French Speaking

About the role

Tide is looking for a French‑speaking Business Development Executive to join its Onboarding Team. You will help prospective SME members move from interest to active usage of Tide’s banking and administrative solutions, ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective French‑speaking SME members, address objections and communicate the benefits of the Tide app.
• Proactively call leads who have started an application, provide support and guide them through completion.
• Build trust and rapport with prospects, understand their business needs and suggest relevant financial products.
• Collaborate with KYC agents to verify documentation, resolve application issues and meet regulatory requirements.
• Identify upselling opportunities by staying up‑to‑date with Tide’s product portfolio and using a consultative sales approach.
• Collect feedback on onboarding challenges and share insights with internal teams for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent French communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships with SME owners.
• Comfortable handling objections and guiding prospects through a sales funnel.
• Attention to detail for compliance and documentation verification.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a consultative sales approach.
