Business Development Manager – B2B FinTech Sales

About the role

Paytiko is seeking a Business Development professional to drive B2B sales within the FinTech and cross‑border eCommerce space. You will be responsible for expanding the merchant base, building strategic partnerships, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new online business customers and merchants across various sectors.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing merchants to achieve sales targets.
• Develop partnerships with platforms, service providers, industry associations, media, and affiliates in cross‑border eCommerce.
• Represent Paytiko at marketing and industry events, both organized internally and by external partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of hands‑on sales or business development experience in FinTech, credit‑card processing, or related payment solutions.
• Proven track record in global FinTech markets and familiarity with cross‑border eCommerce.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel and ability to work independently with a self‑motivated mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus.
