Business Development Manager - Customer Growth

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Development Manager to lead one of our bank's strategic priorities: increasing the number of engaged banking customers. You will own the end‑to‑end customer journey, turning data into actionable insights that drive activation, retention, and deeper relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior and engagement across multiple segments, identifying gaps and growth opportunities.
• Monitor new‑to‑bank and existing‑customer journeys, providing recommendations to improve activation and long‑term usage.
• Maintain regular reporting on key performance indicators and create visually engaging presentations for leadership.
• Track the effectiveness of initiatives across the organization and highlight segments or journeys that need additional focus.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in business analysis, customer analytics, CRM, or customer lifecycle management.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of new challenges.

• PowerPoint – creating clear, professional, and visually engaging presentations.
• Excel – handling large datasets and performing performance analysis.
• Power BI – building dashboards and visual reports (advantage).
