Financial Controller

About the role

Swissport Bulgaria currently is looking for a highly motivated personnel willing to become part of our Finance Team as a Financial Controller.

Key responsibilities

• Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial statements
• Solid business acumen and commercial awareness
• Ability to analyze complex financial information and translate it into clear, actionable operational guidance
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative field
• 3–5 years of progressive financial management experience, focusing on budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, scenario planning, macro creation)
• Hands‑on experience with modern ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Workday) and FP&A software (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Pigment, Anaplan)
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau for dynamic visual reporting
