Business Development Manager – Enterprise Infrastructure & Ecosystems

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand ALEF's ecosystem in Bulgaria. You will leverage your deep knowledge of the local IT market and an established network to connect partners, vendors, and new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with system integrators, VARs, MSPs, telecom operators, cloud providers and strategic technology partners.
• Identify and drive opportunities across enterprise infrastructure, data‑center modernization, storage, data protection, business continuity and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Build and execute partner development plans focused on business growth and pipeline creation.
• Collaborate with leading technology vendors to develop market initiatives and generate demand.
• Act as a trusted advisor for strategic partners, helping them expand through ALEF's portfolio and services.
• Provide market intelligence and contribute to ALEF's long‑term growth strategy in Bulgaria.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience within the Bulgarian IT market.
• Strong network of management‑level relationships across partners, integrators, service providers or technology vendors.
• Proven experience in business development, channel management, ecosystem development or partner sales.
• Native Bulgarian language and advanced business English.
