Customer Service Specialist – German (Consumer Electronics)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist fluent in German to join an international consumer electronics support project in Sofia. You will assist customers through social media and other channels, handling pre‑sales, post‑sales and technical troubleshooting in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to product‑related inquiries, including pre‑sales and post‑sales questions.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for product malfunctions.
• Escalate complex cases to senior staff or other departments when necessary.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and follow up with customers.
• Navigate multiple systems to research information and resolve issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum C1 level in German and B1 level in English.
• Previous experience in customer service, contact centre or consumer care.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Valid Bulgarian tax identification number (NRA) for contractual purposes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
