Czech-speaking Customer Service Representative – Sofia

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Czech‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Sofia. You will be the first point of contact for Czech‑language customers, delivering friendly and efficient support across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email and chat, ensuring a positive experience.
• Resolve inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address complex cases and suggest process improvements.
• Document interactions accurately, recording issues and solutions in the CRM system.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to help enhance service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent Czech (C1/C2) and solid English (B2) communication skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service or BPO environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and analytical mindset.
• Flexibility to work shift‑based schedules, including weekends and holidays.
