Danish-speaking Customer Service Agent – Sofia (relocation)

About the role

We are looking for a Danish‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Smart Watch support team in Sofia. You will assist users with device issues, provide guidance on everyday use, and help improve our product experience. The position includes a relocation package and a vibrant international work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via tickets and phone calls.
• Provide step‑by‑step solutions for Smart Watch usage and troubleshooting.
• Identify recurring issues and bugs, and report them to the supervision team.
• Collaborate with a multicultural team of customer‑friendly colleagues.

Required profile

• Fluent Danish (minimum B2) for daily customer communication.
• Good English (minimum B1) for internal training and communication.
• Basic understanding of iOS and Android operating system features.
• Empathetic, result‑oriented, and friendly personality.
• Willingness to contribute to team success and pursue long‑term employment.
