Deal Engagement Manager

About the role

As a Deal Engagement Manager in Lenovo’s Solutions Services Group, you will lead bid and proposal management for complex, high‑value managed‑services opportunities exceeding $30 million in total contract value. You will guide engagements through every sales stage, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Lenovo’s value proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and solution strategy development, qualifying opportunities and applying best‑practice methodologies.
• Analyze client requirements to shape internal messaging, positioning, and qualification decisions.
• Develop Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) business cases and compelling proposals that highlight Lenovo’s unique value.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Lenovo products, services, market landscape, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to apply relationship‑sales techniques, aligning procurement timelines and strengthening client relationships.
• Manage the pursuit through each sales stage, ensuring compliance with internal processes and documentation standards.
