About the role

As Director Product at Nexo, you will shape the long‑term vision and strategy for our next‑generation wealth platforms. You will lead a growing team of Product Managers to deliver innovative crypto‑focused solutions for forward‑thinking investors.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own product vision and multi‑year strategy across several product lines.
• Translate company objectives into measurable roadmaps and execution plans.
• Mentor, coach and scale a high‑performing product management team.
• Drive product discovery, delivery and continuous optimisation from ideation to launch.
• Use data‑informed decision‑making and experimentation to improve performance.
• Partner with executive leadership, engineering, data, compliance and other stakeholders to align priorities.
• Deeply understand customer needs, market dynamics and identify new opportunities.
• Promote best practices in agile delivery, product quality and innovation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of scaling product strategy in high‑growth B2C tech companies.
• Strong leadership with experience building high‑performing product teams.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, complex, regulated environments.
• Deep knowledge of consumer crypto products, payments or financial‑services platforms.
