Financial Analyst

About the role

Join the Coca-Cola Hellenic Business Services Organization as a Financial Analyst and support the company’s annual business planning and rolling estimates. You will work closely with the managerial and internal finance teams, providing insightful analysis that drives strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the Annual Business Plan and Rolling Estimate for the company.
• Ensure accurate submission of the business plan and rolling estimate in the designated system.
• Prepare and support analyses of actual costs versus the business plan and rolling estimate.
• Calculate and communicate service fees to clients.
• Produce regular and ad‑hoc analysis reports.
• Manage tasks and activities to meet defined deadlines.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal English (B2/C1 level).
• Good stakeholder‑management and detail‑orientation.
