French B2B Sales Representative (Sofia)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking B2B Sales Representative to join our team in Sofia. You will act as a trusted payments consultant, turning inbound interest and proactive outreach into qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and qualify inbound leads from web forms and partners, understanding business needs and converting them into sales opportunities.
• Research, network and conduct outbound outreach, including cold calling, to acquire new customers.
• Provide tailored payment solutions, lead negotiations on pricing and terms, and close deals to meet or exceed targets.
• Onboard new accounts into the product ecosystem and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline and forecast data in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy and ensure customer success.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French speaker with C1‑level English (both spoken and written).
• At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales or business development, including cold calling and deal closing.
• Strong phone‑based sales skills, confident handling objections and closing deals.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset with high ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Organized, able to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot knowledge is a plus.
