French speaking Inside Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Inside Sales Representative to join our Sofia office. In this role you will manage inbound leads, generate outbound opportunities and help grow our payments product ecosystem. You will act as a trusted consultant, building strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and qualify inbound leads from web forms and partners, turning business needs into sales opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new customers through research, networking and proactive outbound outreach, including cold calling.
• Act as a payments expert, delivering tailored solutions and leading negotiations on pricing and terms.
• Close deals, achieve or exceed sales targets, and onboard customers into the product ecosystem.
• Maintain long‑term customer relationships and ensure a seamless sales experience.
• Track sales activities, pipeline and interactions in HubSpot, providing regular performance updates and forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy, goals and customer success initiatives.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French speaker with C1‑level English (oral and written).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales or business development, including cold calling and deal closing.
• Strong phone‑based sales skills with confidence in handling objections and closing deals.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, able to work independently and prioritize tasks.
