About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Solutions Consultant to join our Sofia office and provide high‑quality technical and functional support to French‑language clients. Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical and functional assistance to French‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Analyse complex queries and provide timely, professional solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions to meet internal reporting standards.
• Collaborate with international teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the French‑speaking market, ensuring a positive user experience.
• Escalate critical issues to senior management according to company protocols.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Valid EU passport.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and passion for elite customer support.
• Prior experience in a customer‑facing or support role is a significant asset.
