German Customer Support Advisor – Sofia

About the role

We are looking for German‑speaking Customer Support Advisors to join a fast‑growing team in Sofia. You will be the first point of contact for customers of a leading Swiss telecommunications provider, handling inbound calls and providing high‑quality assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and deliver professional, courteous support in German.
• Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve administrative and technical inquiries related to products, accounts and billing.
• Update and maintain accurate customer data in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues to specialised departments when required.
• Identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities to enhance customer value.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in German (C1/C2).
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and empathy.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts (Monday‑Sunday, 09:00‑22:00) with options for 4, 6 or 8‑hour shifts.
