German Customer Support Advisor – Sofia

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a leading Swiss telecommunications provider’s call centre in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will handle inbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and identify sales opportunities while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inbound German‑language support to customers.
• Analyse and resolve technical and administrative queries (products, billing, etc.).
• Update customer information in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when needed.
• Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to sales targets.

Required profile

• Fluent German (native or near‑native level).
• Excellent communication skills and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to undergo a 5‑week paid training program.
