German Customer Support Specialist – Sofia

About the role

Concentrix is looking for a German‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join its Sofia team. You will be the first point of contact for German‑language customers, delivering high‑quality assistance across phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to German‑speaking clients via phone, email and chat.
• Resolve inquiries and issues promptly, aiming for first‑contact resolution.
• Stay up‑to‑date on Concentrix products and services to give accurate information.
• Document interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to improve processes.
• Follow company policies to maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in German with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in English for internal communication.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
