German Sales Development Representative – Digital Advertising

About the role

We are seeking a German‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join our fast‑growing digital advertising and technology project. Working remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria, you will be the first point of contact for prospective German‑market clients, generating and qualifying leads that fuel our sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted cold‑calling and outbound outreach to German businesses.
• Apply lead‑generation and qualification methodologies to identify high‑potential opportunities.
• Act as a trusted consultant, understand client needs and present tailored digital advertising solutions.
• Maintain and update the prospect database to meet pipeline KPIs.

Required profile

• Native or proficient German with at least B2 level English.
• Minimum two years of cold‑calling sales experience, preferably in tech, SaaS or digital advertising.
• Strong business‑development knowledge, resilient mindset and goal‑oriented attitude.
• Must be residing in or willing to relocate to Bulgaria.
