German‑speaking Customer Support Advisor – Sofia

About the role

Join a fast‑growing team in Sofia as a German‑speaking Customer Support Advisor for a leading Swiss telecommunications provider. You will be the first point of contact for German‑language customers, handling inbound calls and providing high‑quality assistance on product, account and billing matters.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and deliver professional, solution‑focused support in German.
• Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve administrative and technical inquiries.
• Update customer information and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to specialised departments when required.
• Identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities to enhance customer value.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in German (C1/C2) with strong communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability, empathy and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (Monday‑Sunday) with flexible shift lengths.
• Ability to start onsite and transition to a hybrid model after four months, based on performance.
