HR Analyst with French

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an HR Analyst to provide dedicated administrative support for its French workforce. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality HR services, handling employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with local legislation while working within a global HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑line HR administrative support, answering employee questions on time‑and‑attendance, benefits, training, occupational health, and statutory declarations.
• Manage ticketing objectives to ensure timely assistance for colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable agreements and French employment legislation.
• Maintain and update HR information, manuals, and processes for the French scope.
• Support local HR managers with ad‑hoc requests and benefit administration (e.g., lunch vouchers, profit sharing).
• Process payments, verify supplier invoices, and produce HR reports in line with country regulations.
• Lead service‑improvement projects to enhance HR processes and colleague experience.
• Operate multiple HR platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, and Kelio.
• Maintain accurate filing and storage of employee data according to data‑protection requirements.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of French employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience delivering HR administrative support in a multinational environment.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries while meeting service‑level targets.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance and data accuracy.
