About the role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with strategic objectives while fostering a high‑performance, accountable, and engaging work environment. The role blends strategic insight with day‑to‑day HR support to drive organizational growth and transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with assigned business units to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and change initiatives.
• Coach managers to strengthen leadership capability, accountability, and team effectiveness.
• Advise on employee‑relations matters, ensuring consistent application of policies and employment legislation.
• Manage disciplinary, grievance, and investigation processes.
• Support performance management, talent reviews, and employee development.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Identify high‑potential talent and facilitate career development, succession planning, and internal mobility.
• Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention.
• Promote the Group’s values, inclusive culture, and high‑performing work environment.
• Guide leaders through organizational transformation and change programs.
• Monitor workforce metrics, analyze trends, and provide data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or similar advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in employee‑relations, including handling disciplinary, grievance and investigation cases.
