Inside Sales Account Representative (Arabic)

About the role

Join the Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team to drive growth for our clients by handling inbound and new qualified leads. You will work with medium to enterprise customers, delivering digital presentations and guiding opportunities from inception to closure while collaborating closely with the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Capture inbound and net‑new qualified leads.
• Own opportunity validation, pipeline progression and accurate CRM data entry.
• Prepare and deliver digital presentations to clients and hand off to closing teams.
• Coach and collaborate with teammates to improve sales leads, product knowledge and growth.
• Develop sales strategies and create training content.
• Manage medium to enterprise deals from start to presentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, lead generation or account management.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (C1 level).
• Metrics‑driven sales background with focus on quota attainment.
• Knowledge of IT and cloud‑based technology is a plus.
• Commitment to structured sales training and continuous learning.
