Junior Business Development Specialist – German speaker

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Business Development Specialist who is fluent in German to support our client, a leading technology company. You will work closely with advertisers to design and optimise social‑media marketing strategies that generate measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Record and update client interactions accurately in internal systems.
• Monitor industry trends, digital solutions and platform updates.
• Build and maintain professional relationships through regular communication and support.
• Prepare customised business plans and strategic solutions tailored to client needs.
• Identify opportunities to expand client engagement and contribute to broader business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a client‑facing, business‑development or digital environment is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in an international setting with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent German language skills (B2/C1) and solid English (B2).
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Flexibility, team spirit and effective communication abilities.
