Programmatic Advertising Operations Specialist

About the role

The Programmatic Advertising Operations Specialist will manage and optimise programmatic and direct campaigns across leading demand‑side platforms. Working closely with sales, client services and engineering, you will ensure campaigns meet performance targets while complying with privacy and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch, traffic and optimise campaigns on platforms such as Google DV360, The Trade Desk and Google Ad Manager, including pixel and third‑party tag implementation.
• Monitor viewability, fraud (IVT) rates, CPMs and other KPIs, performing QA, troubleshooting and real‑time adjustments.
• Integrate SSPs/DSPs, manage pre‑bid/post‑bid verification, and handle deal IDs for PMPs and private auctions.
• Analyse campaign data, generate performance reports and collaborate with sales/client services on insights and escalations.
• Document processes, automate workflows and ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA and MRC standards.
• Liaise with vendors, engineering and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and innovate ad‑stack configurations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in digital ad operations, programmatic advertising or media trafficking.
• Hands‑on experience with DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk), SSPs (e.g., Google AdX) and ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager).
• Familiarity with verification tools such as IAS, DoubleVerify or Moat.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with Excel or SQL for data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
