Management Consultant

About the role

PwC Bulgaria’s Management Consulting team is seeking a Management Consultant to join its Strategy, People Management and Operations practice. You will work on complex, high‑impact projects for private and public sector clients across Bulgaria and Southeast Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Work on client engagements to identify issues, analyse root causes and develop solutions.
• Coordinate junior consultants and take ownership of field work under a project manager’s supervision.
• Lead project activities focused on People Management and organisational design.
• Structure and analyse complex problems, develop hypotheses and synthesize data into actionable findings.
• Conduct market research, performance deep‑dives, competitor analysis and prepare evidence‑based client presentations.
• Communicate with client representatives during interviews and workshops.
• Participate in business development initiatives and proposal preparation.
• Deliver assigned tasks on time and drive work to conclusion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, HR Management, Organizational Behavior or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical and written communication skills in Bulgarian and English.
• Ability to work in an intense, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
• Second foreign language is a plus.
