Workforce Management Specialist

About the role

Workster is partnering with a leading B2B solution provider to recruit a Workforce Management Specialist for their gaming studios in Sofia. In this role you will ensure smooth daily operations through effective workforce planning, schedule coordination and attendance management, working closely with Operations, HR and Team Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, coordinate, supervise and verify employee schedules, table rotations and attendance for the Operations Department.
• Collaborate with HR to execute workforce planning and maintain full staffing coverage across shifts.
• Handle time‑off requests, approvals and shift scheduling with Team Managers to ensure coverage.
• Prepare and submit regular staffing and scheduling reports, resolve inconsistencies and verify work hours.
• Develop and maintain staffing plans for all business units and monitor attendance compliance.
• Verify staffing levels for each shift, prepare studio rotation files and support additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Native or fluent English (C1 level) with strong written and spoken communication.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Law or related field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with workforce management tools.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role.
• Full eligibility to live and work in Sofia, Bulgaria and willingness to work on‑site in a shift‑based office.
