Marketing Lead – Bulgaria

About the role

Join Mondelēz International’s mission to lead the future of snacking. Working with cross‑functional and regional teams, you will implement a portfolio strategy aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth, while supporting profit‑and‑loss management and new product development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer‑centric growth.
• Develop annual plans, set objectives, and allocate resources.
• Recommend and execute integrated commercial and marketing plans that meet revenue and profit forecasts.
• Create and launch 360° marketing communications and campaigns based on deep consumer insights.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across product, sales, and regional teams.

Required profile

• Strong desire to drive personal and brand growth.
• Experience with consumer behavior, preferably in the consumer‑goods sector within a matrix environment.
• Ability to develop seamless consumer experiences and manage business objectives beyond brand and budget.
• Balanced analytical and creative mindset with commercial and strategic acumen.
• Proven leadership and influencing skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and executive presentation abilities.
• Experience in markets with diverse economic environments is a distinct advantage.
