About the role

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and community posts with a professional, friendly tone.

• Create and manage content that drives community interaction and growth.
• Analyze feedback and insights to recommend service and content improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent in Norwegian with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in English for internal collaboration.
• Experience in customer service or community management is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and empathy.
