On Demand Account Manager

About the role

Glovo is looking for an On Demand Account Manager to act as the primary liaison for partners using its On‑Demand delivery service. You will help restaurants and stores launch and grow their online channels while Glovo handles the last‑mile delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily partner performance, compile and analyse operational metrics, KPIs, and financial data.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to drive operational improvements.
• Own the end‑to‑end partner relationship: lead new sales, pitch, negotiate contracts, oversee implementation and ongoing account management.
• Collaborate with local and global teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Product) to resolve technical queries, integrations, and bugs.
• Collect partner feedback and work with product and operations to enhance software, systems and processes.
• Contribute to medium‑ and long‑term growth strategy, participate in OKR planning and target setting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to adapt to diverse clients.
• Excellent commercial acumen with proven ability to pitch and persuade partners.
