About the role

We are looking for a Polish‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Sofia. You will assist users of our digital products via phone, email and live chat, helping them resolve issues and get the most out of our services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality support to Polish‑speaking customers across multiple channels.
• Handle inquiries related to account management, technical problems and general product usage.
• Provide clear information on product features, updates and enhancements.
• Escalate complex cases to senior support or technical teams when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Polish with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient English to interact with international colleagues.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing or support role is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
