Project Manager

About the role

Festo Bulgaria is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead international development projects in industrial automation. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional project teams and represent the project externally.
• Develop and maintain project plans covering cost, resources, and schedule.
• Monitor budget, resource usage, and progress; report status to senior managers.
• Motivate, coach, and provide feedback to team members.
• Organise core‑team meetings, manage risks, and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate Q‑Gate evaluations and act as an agile coach for the teams.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in electronics, computer science, software engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing interdisciplinary, international project teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, decision‑making ability and comfort in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using SAP.
• Knowledge of MS Project or other project‑management software.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, preferably SAFe Agile.
