Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

The Recruitment Coordinator will partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to drive end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from requisition approval through onboarding. This highly visible position supports both junior and volume hiring projects in a fast‑paced, candidate‑driven market.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates on LinkedIn, Caterer, Indeed and other platforms.
• Support junior and volume recruitment projects.
• Screen candidates and provide feedback to the Senior Consultant.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate availability and prepare interview prep sheets.
• Keep recruitment processes moving and ensure no steps are missed.
• Build and maintain talent pools for future roles.
• Maintain accurate Workday data and organize recruitment admin.
• Send interview confirmations, candidate prep packs and format CVs into client‑ready documents.
• Chase references, manage follow‑ups and support shortlist administration.
• Assist with onboarding logistics and candidate/client gifting.
• Maintain hotlists and newsletter databases.

Required profile

• Strong communicator – written, verbal and on the phone.
• Highly organized with brilliant attention to detail.
• Comfortable using technology, systems and AI tools.
• Positive energy and a good attitude.
• Experience in fast‑paced environments and admin‑heavy systems.
• Professional use of LinkedIn; recruitment experience not required.
