Sales Executive – Drive Digital Construction Solutions in Bulgaria

About the role

Dalux is looking for a proactive Sales Executive to launch and grow its BIM‑based software portfolio in Bulgaria. You will be the first local representative, responsible for building a customer base and driving digital transformation in the construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new construction industry prospects across Bulgaria.
• Conduct product demos, negotiate contracts, and close complex B2B SaaS deals.
• Implement Dalux solutions within client organisations and train Super Users on‑site and online.
• Represent Dalux at conferences, trade shows, webinars and user events.
• Collaborate with international sales and customer‑success teams while acting autonomously on the ground.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling B2B SaaS solutions to contractors, building owners or consultants.
• Deep understanding of the Bulgarian construction market and its digital transformation needs.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in Bulgarian and English, both spoken and written.
