Sales Representative – HVAC Systems (Sofia Region)

About the role

Join Bosch Home Comfort’s sales team in Sofia as a Sales Representative for HVAC Systems. You will be the primary point of contact for professional installers, dealers and distributors, driving growth of our heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning portfolio across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales volume, revenue and margin targets for heat pumps, room air conditioners and VRF systems.
• Identify, recruit and onboard new HVAC installers, local dealers and retail partners to increase distribution density.
• Maintain regular, consultative contact with existing customers to ensure high service quality and loyalty.
• Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations, selecting appropriate system configurations.
• Monitor competitor pricing, campaigns and product offerings and report insights to the Team Lead.
• Organise and deliver technical product presentations, installation seminars and commercial training for partners.
• Represent Bosch at trade events, partner open days and product launch roadshows.
• Serve as the first technical contact for installers, answering product questions and assisting with basic troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales within the HVAC or building‑technology sector.
• Strong consultative selling approach with a focus on long‑term customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bulgarian and English.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently in the Sofia region.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including heat pumps, room air conditioners and VRF solutions.
• Ability to prepare detailed technical and commercial quotations.
• Competence in conducting product seminars and technical training.
