Senior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to own the full accounting and compliance cycle for multiple legal entities within our global cyber‑protection business. The role will ensure accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance and timely month‑end and year‑end closings while collaborating with finance, tax and audit partners.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly, quarterly and year‑end closing activities, including balance‑sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Prepare annual statutory financial statements in accordance with local regulations, IFRS and GAAP.
• Manage accruals, accounts payable and check payments.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns and other tax filings, liaising with tax authorities, banks, auditors and consultants.
• Support internal reporting and ad‑hoc financial analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in a similar multi‑entity environment.
• Advanced English proficiency; additional German, Italian or French is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP and local statutory requirements.
• High attention to detail, disciplined work ethic and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Professional use of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP accounting systems.
