Senior Assistant – CMA Contracts (Shared Services)

About the role

The Shared Services CMA Senior Assistant is responsible for processing and issuing CMA contracts within the Shared Services CMA team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service to internal and external customers while continuously improving contract management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality contract services to customers, suppliers, employees, executives and regulatory bodies.
• Meet service requirements defined by Service Partnership Agreements and customer satisfaction surveys.
• Ensure compliance with Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners policies, approvals and financial guidelines.
• Gather data for audit teams during financial and SOX audits.
• Validate that all contracts are accurate, fair, reasonable and justifiable.
• Respond to queries related to contract management.
• Deliver contracts by agreed deadlines and meet customer expectations.
• Maintain contract conditions and provide supporting documentation as requested.
• Execute contract management procedures efficiently, accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a multinational organization or shared services environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to assess and appropriately escalate problems.
• Bachelor‑level education.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Analytical thinking, relationship management and collaborative influencing skills at a foundational level.

Required skills

• ERP experience (preferably SAP).
• Advanced Excel skills.
