Senior Assistant, CMA Home

About the role

The Senior Assistant, CMA Home supports the Team Lead/Manager in daily planning, ensures accurate processing of CMA payments, contracts and accruals, and helps minimise financial impact at month‑end. The role requires strong analytical focus, attention to detail and the ability to work independently while collaborating with finance, sales and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process CMA payments following internal procedures and SOX controls.
• Allocate CMA‑related payments to the correct accruals.
• Review and validate contracts, following up on outstanding items.
• Handle queries from the Sales team and communicate deadlines and status updates.
• Submit pricing instructions in Promax by investment type, sub‑channel and key account.
• Support IT, SSC and Business Units with system bugs, developments and projects.
• Maintain the CMA Invoice Processing database, prioritising disputed or aged invoices.
• Participate actively in assigned projects and reporting activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a finance environment, preferably with CMA or payment processing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Fluent English; additional CCEP language (Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian or German) is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of SAP systems (highly desirable).
• Experience with Promax or similar pricing tools.
