Senior Internal Auditor

About the role

As a Senior Internal Auditor you will bring fresh perspectives to our business processes. You will conduct risk‑based audits, identify improvement areas and develop practical solutions that make a real difference across our global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and conduct risk‑based audits nationally and internationally, focusing on process efficiency and compliance.
• Analyze business processes, pinpoint weaknesses and propose actionable improvement measures.
• Prepare concise audit reports that include clear, actionable recommendations.
• Support the implementation of audit measures and monitor their long‑term effectiveness.
• Provide expertise for special audits at the executive level.
• Contribute to the continuous development of audit processes and structures.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or Law.
• 5–10 years of professional experience in internal or external auditing.
• Confident demeanor with strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Additional language skills are a plus; strong German proficiency is highly advantageous.
• Analytical, independent and structured working style.
• Willingness to travel internationally as part of the role.
