Senior Recruiter – Business & Corporate Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for business and corporate functions across Bulgaria and Europe. Based in Sofia and working in a hybrid model, you will partner with senior hiring managers to shape talent strategies and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for a wide range of business roles, from entry to senior level, across multiple functions such as finance, marketing, sales and operations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior stakeholders, defining sourcing and assessment approaches.
• Proactively source diverse talent using creative, data‑driven methods and multiple channels.
• Conduct structured interviews independently and ensure consistent selection standards.
• Utilise recruitment KPIs and ATS reporting (Greenhouse) to make data‑informed hiring decisions.
• Promote and represent the Flix employer brand throughout the hiring journey.
• Contribute to cross‑functional Talent Acquisition projects aimed at improving processes and scalability.

Required profile

• 7+ years of full‑cycle in‑house recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Proven track record hiring business or corporate roles across various functions and seniority levels.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with senior leaders.
• Resilient, agile and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian with excellent communication skills.
