Senior Transfer Pricing and Reporting Specialist

About the role

The Senior Transfer Pricing and Reporting Specialist will ensure Nexo’s transfer pricing documentation and financial reporting remain accurate, compliant, and up‑to‑date across all jurisdictions. You will work closely with legal, finance, and external advisors to support the company’s rapid growth in digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Review and maintain the Group’s transfer pricing documentation (Local files, Master file) and update it when corporate or operational structures change.
• Liaise with external consultants and advisors to prepare, review, and update transfer pricing documentation across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with the Legal team on intercompany agreements, loans, financing, and related‑party transactions.
• Stay current on transfer pricing regulations, OECD guidelines, IFRS updates, and local regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, review, and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/local GAAP.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports (e.g., Basel, CAR, MiFIR, MiCA) in coordination with local consultants.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory reporting and ensure compliance with local standards.
• Track reporting deadlines, support cross‑departmental reporting initiatives, and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a Big Four audit or accounting environment.
• Strong analytical depth, sound judgment, and resilience.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver high‑quality results.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
• Expertise in transfer pricing regulations and OECD guidelines.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting frameworks such as Basel, CAR, MiFIR, and MiCA.
• Experience drafting and reviewing intercompany agreements and related‑party transactions.
