Spanish-speaking Customer Advisor – Sofia

About the role

We are looking for a Spanish‑speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Sofia. You will be the first point of contact for users of a leading hospitality app, handling inquiries and issues through phone, chat and messaging channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to the worldwide client community.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and queries via inbound/outbound calls, chat and messaging.
• Investigate, prioritize and escalate urgent or sensitive issues.
• Compose accurate responses and customize prepared messages.
• Research information, troubleshoot problems and use available resources.
• Identify product or process issues and submit feedback reports.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish (B2+) and English (B2+).
• Patience, empathy and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to convey difficult messages confidently.
• Previous experience in hospitality or call‑center environments is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment and meeting targets independently.
