We are looking for a bilingual Spanish‑speaking professional to join a leading BPO partner as a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist in Sofia. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality client support across multiple communication channels while ensuring safe and trustworthy digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client service via phone, e‑mail, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Identify and assess customer needs to deliver tailored support and resolution.
• Assist customers with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting.
