About the role

We are looking for a Czech‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role involves providing high‑quality assistance to Czech‑market clients via phone, email and live chat, ensuring a premium service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries in Czech through phone, email and live chat.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining service standards.
• Follow up on escalated cases to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company products and services.
• Document all interactions in the internal CRM system.
• Collaborate with international teams to improve workflows.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport.
• Proven experience in customer support or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong command of English for collaboration with international teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑site office environment.
