Supply Chain Control Tower Analyst

About the role

The Supply Chain Control Tower Analyst supports day-to-day visibility across inbound, outbound, inter-company and finished-goods flows. By monitoring shipments, tracking exceptions and reporting key performance indicators, the analyst provides timely, data-driven insights that enable logistics, procurement and customer-service teams to make proactive decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track shipment status, inventory movements and carrier updates using ERP, TMS, WMS and other reporting tools.
• Identify and flag delays, service risks, data inconsistencies, cost deviations and operational exceptions, escalating them to the appropriate owners.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards on supplier performance, transportation costs and logistics trends.
• Analyse logistics data to ensure accuracy, reliability and alignment with business goals, and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with managers, stakeholders and external partners (carriers, 3PLs) to develop cost-effective, efficient logistics solutions.
• Support cash-flow planning by generating forecasts and cost estimates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• High ethical standards, personal accountability and a team-oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience using ERP, Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for logistics monitoring.
