External Courier Manager

About the role

Ozone Entertainment is expanding its Supply Chain & Logistics team and seeks an External Courier Manager to oversee relationships with external logistics partners, ensure high‑quality and efficient delivery services, and support the operations of its Distribution Center.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day operations with courier and logistics partners.
• Manage operational issues such as delivery delays, customer claims, and damaged shipments.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure service quality meets company standards.
• Oversee transportation processes and optimise logistics costs.
• Prepare performance analyses and operational reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics, courier services, or e‑commerce.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Good working proficiency in English.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to make quick decisions and high accountability.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder‑management skills.
